Bernal Heights, San Francisco can be seen from all over the city, with Bernal Hill as its center. (Bernal Hill is one San Francisco’s most noticeable hills, just south of Potrero Hill.) Bernal Heights real estate is no longer a hidden treasure with good deals on homes; there is a big fan base for Bernal Heights real estate. Cortland Avenue is the main commercial strip, and it has become the part of Bernal Heights near which everyone wants to live. Cortland Avenue offers shops, restaurants, and bars that are well liked by the local residents. There are a few shops and restaurants on the north slope around Precita Park as well.
