Oliver is very professional. We were looking to sell our house in the Mission. A friend referred us to him. Oliver called us within a day, set an appointment in the same week. He always was very punctual with his appointments. He came for the first appointment with a brochure where he did a study of houses with similar description of our house and tentative appraisal which was very accurate with the appraisal agent. Oliver walked the property and advice us how to make our house more "appealing" for potential buyers. Oliver with his experience advise us when we can place our house on the market. Oliver prepared a schedule plan including photography session, open houses and approximate date of selling which was very accurate. We sold the house one day after he though we were going to sell. After that Oliver took care of every single detail. He also contacted and "interview" another realtor in order to recommend us with them in the area where we wanted to buy our new house. He also offered his advice and coordinate with bank, realtor and us to make sure a smooth transition on the purchase of the new house. Oliver was my primary point of contact but I had access to Oliver, Mike, and their team at Zephyr and they were AMAZING in providing guidance, collaboration on strategy, and always being available to answer my barrage of text messages, emails and phone calls throughout this process - they truly made selling my (somewhat challenging property) virtually effortless.
When I say Oliver made it easy for me, I'm not kidding: I decided to show the flat staged- when everything was moved out I handed Oliver the keys and he literally took care of everything- met with a staging company to determine what would appeal to the type of buyer we were going after, he set up and managed the painters, the floor guy, handyman, landscapers and cleaners to transform my somewhat dated and in need of minor TLC flat into a sparkling, ready to WOW state. I was selling a flat in a 120 year old Victorian with a few issues.. Oliver set up a pre-listing inspection so we could ensure that we were disclosing everything up front to reduce surprises whenever we did get into escrow. I really appreciated this as I firmly believe this helped make the actual closing process go quite smoothly.
Oh- AND he made sure everything was done to quality and faster than I could have imagined.
Oliver provided me with a schedule in the very beginning of the process so I would know what was happening when, kept it updated whenever things moved or changed, and kept me in the loop so that I knew what was going on and what to expect without being overwhelmed. Once we were on the Market I knew that he was doing everything possible to maximize exposure to the type of buyer we were going after, and he masterfully managed and closed the deal to get top dollar for my flat. Quite frankly I'm still in a bit of shock about the price and terms he was able to negotiate on my behalf..
And before you say it's a seller's market.. my place had a few issues that made it a bit of a challenge to sell (subterranean entrance, no parking, no dining room, and a bit of work that had to be done with coordination with the HOA), it wasn't a slam dunk by any stretch of the imagination and Oliver handled it with complete professionalism, confidence and grace!
