2475 Pacific Avenue Oldest House in Pacific Heights

According to Wikipedia 2475 Pacific Avenue, just down the block from 2410 Pacific Avenue #6, is the oldest house in Pacific Heights built in 1853 just 5 years after James W. Marshall, while constructing a saw mill, found gold in Sutter Creek starting the great California Gold Rush.
